Order Processing
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processes.
Please check order to make sure everything is correct before checking out. If something is incorrect or needs to be changed please notify us within 24 hours after submitting your order. Once order is shipped JESSJAZZY JEWELRY can no longer changed or correct the order.
Custom Orders
Please note that personalized items take 3-4 weeks. All personalized items are non refundable and cannot be changed once order is submitted.
Shipping
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has left our facility. UPS 2 Day Shipping orders shipped same business day if ordered before 3pm CST and arrivals within 2 business days. UPS Overnight Shipping orders are shipped same day if ordered before 12pm CST and will arrive the next business day. JessJazzy jewelry is not responsible for any delivery or carrier delays. We rely on the shipping carrier to deliver your items on time. JESSJAZZY JEWELRY is not responsible for any loss or stolen package, once package is sent to post office it is out of our company hands. Please contact your local post office if you do not receive package and it says it has been delivered. JESSJAZZY JEWELRY will only ship to address where the BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THIS TIME!!
Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems)
Billing and shipping address must match or order will be refunded. JESSJAZZY JEWELRY does not process cancellations after the order has been placed.
